Embroidey is the process used to stitch a design or logo
onto your choice of headwear. The finished embroidered brand
is far superior to screen or plastisol transfer printing
as it is more durable and therefore has a longer life.

What is logo/design digitising?
Logo/design digitising is the process used to convert a
design into a format compatible with a computerized embroidery
machine. In short your design is converted into stitches
which are then embroidered onto the cap.

Do I pay setup for repeat orders?
No. Capsdirect keep all digitized designs on file for
future use. You are only charged setup costs if you decide
to use a new design or alter your original design.

How can I be confident that the end product will be
the correct style and my logo/design will be represented
in the way I want it?
Prior to production a digital image of an embroidered cap
will be emailed to you for your approval. At this point
you may make alterations. Production of your order will
not proceed until you are totally happy with the production
sample.

How does the pricing levels work?
The prices for each cap style are separated into six (6)
separate levels. corresponding
to the unit total (total cap quantity). Put simply, the more units per order,
the cheaper the price on each item.
